Continuing it’s warpath the sneaker giant Nike is suing athletic company Lululemon for patent infringement of shoe designs and innovative “Flynit” technology. This news came just days after Nike announced it was suing the Japanese fashion company BAPE. This isn’t the first time Nike accused the Canadian retailer, having filed similar charges last year. Sneakers in question are the Chargefeel Mid, the Chargefeel Low, the Blissfeel, and the Strongfeel.
